I think Steve Nervig closed down his site last year (2012), but the Mercedes list is now hosting the downloads of his manual index.

Choose Other Stuff , MB Service Library Indexes from the menu.

Mercedes now hosts most of the manuals online at (you don't need to login or spend any money)
