I would say $5-7K as Skid Row Joe said. Possibly more on eBay. I paid $3800 for my 300D, with no rust underneath, rebuilt front end and upgraded engine tidbits..

Even with the low mileage, your'e approaching 30 years old. Rubber ages and will need replaced regardless of miles.
