Being a victim of false accusation doesn't only happen at University though....
No- university rules are not like the workplace. If they were then there would be no need for the thread now would there?
I don't think the Hofstra accused ran with the "fast crowd"- maybe they did- but they were guilty first until proven innocent. Is it a crime to run with the "fast crowd" so that we need to make them guilty first, innocence must be proven?
Is this problem so bad that we need to pervert the most basic tenet of our justice system?

As far as running with the fast crowd I could come back with if the woman didn't wear such a low cut dress your likelihood of being accused diminish greatly.
