Artistic license is one thing. Stretching the truth is another. Of course, I understand it is more enticing a title to say "Teachers Out Of Control" as opposed to "1 in X thousand people commit bestiality". Much like the "Record Profits" where everyone says it, few even know the percentage and even fewer ask.
