Back to the original post, a lot of those guys had typical family, financial, medical and criminal problems that many non lawyers also have and who take their lives. The one guy who hadn't filed his income tax return for 10 years? Another practicing law without a state license?

High stress profession. Much, much worse if you are a sole practitioner.

Maybe Kentucky ought to raise its standards for granting law licenses ....or ask for DNA samples to screen?
