Well, next time you come into the City via the Golden Gate Bridge, head down 19th Ave/Park Presidio, @ 11th & Clement, (an area I used to live in, till 1990), go past the Winchell's Donuts there, that is where they hang out a lot.
Once when I lived near there, some idiot likely in the final stages of tertiary brain syphilis actually walked in there and tried to rob the place with uniformed cops in full dress blues were sitting around - marked SFPD squad cars parked all over the place outside..
That would have been fun to see.
On the other hand, a much smarter armed robber went across the street on the opposite corner, and hit the See's candy store...
