In the second photo the black 8 pin and the blue 8 pin go together. In the 3 rd photo the blue male din plugs into the tuner box where the existing plug is and the existing plug goes into the 8 pin blue female connector. The power 4 pin connector unplugs from the tuner box and plugs into the blue 4 pin connector and the other one pluge back into the tuner box. And you are done!
