I'll take a stab at what CLK meant by it. "I have a property I need to sell. I haven't been able to sell it by just putting it on the regular real estate market so I'm going to auction it. I need to get at least $85k but since I haven't been able to sell it for that price, I'm going to sell it 'no reserve' and take the risk that it will sell for less. I think God looks out for me so I'm hoping it will bring the amount that I need. The stronger I believe this, the more likely it will be that I'll get the best price, so I'm going to write on a public forum that I believe god will get me the best price, since it makes it appear that I believe it very strongly."
