Make sure that those old KFC boxes are tossed in the trash, and the trash is hauled away. If there is a '76 Monte Carlo on blocks out front, send that packing as well. If there is any greenery outside, make sure that it is well-manicured. Nothing kills value perception quite as nicely as a bunch of weeds...
