Oh, wow, something is way wrong with your car. An OM60x is practically silent compared to the OM617. When warm, passerby should almost be able to mistake it for a gas engine (which NEVER happens on ANY 617.) New injectors need to be matched to each other, so either buy a set and take them to a diesel shop for matching, or take your set to a shop for a cleaning/test/rebuild and pressure matching. If set within 1-2 bar of each other the idle should be verrrry smooth... with good motor mounts you should not feel the engine idle at all. Also, the sound encapsulation panels under the engine & tranny really help keep the idle noise down, and road noise too.
