Wow. I wish I could do a thesis like that. Make up a theory, find one incident and tell the instructors "Is that the only instance? You tell me.". Usually, when one makes a point, one shows ample proof that the accusation is true. In your case, all you need is some vague possibility and you declare "Well, there you see. Proof positive that......"
