I do agree, that the believer's answer is, in principle, not any better. We both have to accept that something is/ has been eternal.
The benefit to the believer is that order, rationality, and morality all stem from our Creator. For the nonbeliever, all those things are also the products of mere chance, and intrinsically non rational.
