Its easy to say what should or could have been done, sitting here in front of my computer. But the reality is that people with the responsibility to get all the facts out for consideration did what they could and it did not result in a conviction.

I'm not gonna demonstrate on the streets nor go into mourning for TM. He might have been a punk, what do I know?

...but although a verdict has been rendered has justice been done? Perhaps or perhaps not. I suppose its the best that they could do.

It will be interesting to see if there is any follow up civil action.
