YES!! Thats it, the idler arm bushing. If im correct the tie rod connects to a small piece that comes off of that called the 'intermediate arm'. Can I replace that without messing with the exhaust??

oh and whats the torque for that screw, I have a manual that was made in Europe, so they call some stuff different names and I don't always know what there referring to.
