The Front Doors have a Junction/Terminal Block for the Power Windows at the Bottom front. On Mine I found the Screws had become loose on both of the Window Motor Wires.

You need to loosen the lower part of the Panel to get at them and that includes un-hooking the Plastic Map Pouch.

The Window Motors are not grounded through the Motor Body like a Starter Motor is.
If You hook the Window Motor Wires direct to the Battery the Window will go one direction. If you swap the wires to opposite Poles the Window goes the other direction.
Not hard to do on the Front Window.

On the Rear Window the Wires Window Motor Wires are part of the Electrical Connector. When I wanted to test the Motor I took the Connector apart and located which of the 2 Went to the Window Motor so I could hook Jumper Wires to them.

At least that way you can get the Widows Closed if they are open.
