Read through this - PeachPartsWiki: Blower Motor Removal - then remove the black plastic trim ahead of the driver. You might have to set the wiper to vertical but IIRC no need to remove the wiper. You,ll see the base of the windshield and you might get a better view of the leak source.

Yes, I think so (not with the car right now). Is that black plastic trim designed to deflect water? If so, it didn't seem to be grabbing the window very well. To isolate it, I put electrical tape along the edge, but that didn't help.

The drains appear to be clear.
