With the W210 there are two part numbers, one for Europe and one for US. There were a couple of items in the factory First Aid kit not allowed in US. If you have the zippered pouches I would suggest just refilling it with typical first aid supplies or you be paying a $1/each for band aids from the dealer. Of course, if you have spent any time in a hospital recently it will seem like a good deal.
