Last I read, major consumer magazines rate Mercedes Benz somewhere around #10 or lower for customer satisfaction. Seems Honda, Toyota and Lexus rule the road. Germans tend to lack with regards to marketing skills. They need to step up their game and take back what belongs to them, market wise. Go back to building a quality trouble-free product. Second, dealer support just isn't there. Word of mouth is there, but it isn't good news. I hear many complaints about Mercedes dealer support. That alone has created a mass exodus from the brand.
