The one from Griot's Garage comes with four screws. I don't remember if it came with adhesive tape or not.
Yeah, it's a bummer to put four holes in your door panel, but I see it as a permanent solution.
The cupholder has a spring loaded plastic piece that adjusts to the size of the container, and holds it in real tight.
Even if the door is slammed shut, the container stays in the cup holder, and nothing spills out.
