Being that I'm in Florida I don't have the snow to contend with, but it does get a bit chilly. I don't get heat out of my doors nor the floor either. Don't recall seeing these cutouts you all describe, but I'll do a check this weekend to see if I have them in mine. Would like some more specific guidance on where to look if folks don't mind.
