I can't speak to Wisconsin, but I normally fill up in NJ, and it seems like 50% of gas stations carry it. (And generally pump it for you as well )

Personally, I find the smell of gas worse, or maybe I'm allergic to a component in gasoline. Get gas on my skin == splitting migraine for the rest of the day.
