With the 5mm ones you can sometimes thread in a course threaded screw into the hole and pull up on it.
With the 10mm hole ones it is too close to the size of the Hole in the Prechamber; no meat in the ID to grab onto.
Never got a clear answer on the Hole sizes; some People said that earlier Models had the 10mm Hole and others like Me had the 5mm one on what appeared to be Injectors that had never been out and were original.
Most places sell only the 10mm Hole heat Shields; yet when I bought some for My Car 5 years ago the were selling the 5mm Hole ones.
You can still buy the 5mm hole ones by buying one for the 1980s VW Rabbit or Volvo Diesels
Pic Lag Bolts/Screws take on of the Heat Shields that you got out to size the Bolt; won't work with the 10mm holed ones.
