I don't think ANY modern vehicles come with a key anymore... my mom's ford she just bought has none, nor did the GLK she was looking at.
looks like we've come full circle... the original fords had no key, I DOUBT the first MB's had a key to start... just a button for the starter, or they may have been hand cranks...
