I too did the switch years ago, to Bosch H4's first. One of the lenses broke (road debris) and I could not find anything similarly priced as the ones I got, so I opted for Hellas. Pretty much the same!
Where did you get Cibie's for $86 a pair? Last I checked (years ago also) they were $70 for one!
Not that I'm in any hurry, because I already have Bosch Euro assemblies with new lenses. I found that if I adjusted the fogs a little higher, the beam of light would also be spread better... but not high enough to cause oncoming glare to traffic.
Just a few days ago I was checking the beam adjustment too, how timely! Note this was not for proper adjustment, but for symmetry only
