For future readers, the dealer still sells that tapered fuel hose. So if you don't have access to a cigar hose (as Phil used), just head to your nearest MB dealer. I don't remember the exact price, but it was probably $5-$10. Overpriced, but not such a big deal in the greater scheme of things.
