Man, weight control is a pain now that I have some gray hair. It is creeping back up again. I still fit the 32 waist pants but my weight has been back up in the mid to high 190s for the last couple months. I was in the low 180s since I started back to the gym.
I have been going, with fair consistency, to the gym since late March. The gym won't make up for eating habits, no way, no how. I am still struggling to eat better. My best results are from filling up on good stuff so that I don't have the room or the appetite for the bad stuff.
Now comes the holiday season. Time to be merry and gain a few. I ain't going over 200. I'll move out in the woods and live on grubs first.
I was looking at my pilot's license the other day. I need to take a physical and go flying.
