Yes I got it matched balanced and resurfaced. cost $100.The engine is not installed back into the car.
Got hung up with the Pilot Bearing problem, seems this eng has a 85 crank.
So looks like I need to make a bronze Bushing.

Iam finishing upon a new Clutch replacement and a Transmission bearing replacement project in my new 83 PU. If the weather holds out this next week, I`ll get this finished, then back to the MB engine project.

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.
