Note on the remote oil filter for when its up and running (if you are using a hanging canister)- I have one of those in my van currently, and when you go to change the oil, make sure to fill up the new filter canister with oil before screwing it on, like a diesel fuel filter

The first oil change I almost freaked out as the engine ran for what seemed an extended pump up period over normal with no oil pressure, like 5 times longer than the stock filter. However, if you screw on an new canister full of oil, it starts and pressurizes about the same as stock.
