My car needed all that (chain, rails and tensioner) and every shop I called wanted at least 700 for it. So I said "f%&# that! Not for 150 bucks in parts!" So I did it myself! As an amateur! Got 'er back together and all 3 timing marks are right on the money. If I can do it, most anybody, except for the most mechanically inept, can do it.
