That's a crappy lease. You should move. Where I live, I've been wrenching since I moved in and no one has complained. I've parked as many as three cars at a time on the property without a problem. A neighbor had a Honda with a blown motor and no registration in the same spot for about six months before they gave him any grief over it. This place is pretty chill.
