I am surprised I didn't hear the usual dem response or excuse that it is for the children. Follow the money some contributor to his campaign has him by the short hairs and wants that payback now (ethanol industry?). Just my guess but the only reasonable assumption as no part of that law would be based on any fact, or would have any appreciable effect.
