I did but I'm looking for more. IIRC the manual heater valve is a fixed restriction while the monovalve is something like PWM. I would think PWM can respond more quickly. Maybe the PWM acts too quicly (are there slow acting solenoids?) so steady state is never achieved without increased upstream pressure.
