This is has nothing to do with the seats.

It is the windows mainly. It ties into the locking system as well, but mainly controls the windows. I have the seat harnesses, both types. I am not sure of the cut-off years. I have complete seats and harnesses from several different 124's and the comfort control never ties into any of those harnesses.
