are the GPs working? id be checking their operation. Maybe they aren't getting power. Check the fuse on the GP relay, power, ect.
Was it running immediately before and in use? or was any other work performed and it isnt starting after that as well?
I ask because its possible the engine is airlocked if the filter was just changed, or your diesel could be gelled up ect
