The codes you read "point" toward a deteriorating wiring harness and/or a crumbling ETA wire harness. Need to inspect it to be sure.
You need to actually determine if the w-h has been replaced; if not, it MUST be done before anything else, since it does cause the #17 and cruise control to APPEAR bad when they're not.
