No one has mentioned the policies relating to their products of the lazy boy firm. It does sound like they may be primarily supporting their dealers for replacement parts as far as this thread goes.

I might contact the company by email with a very specific list of what you want. A case of nothing ventured nothing gained.

If that chair has a model number include it. Although all mechanisims may be the same in any given time period.

The support of a companies product by companies is all over the place in my experience. Lazy boy has a good portion of the recliner market. Unless the Chinese are getting really active in it. Makes me wonder if the lazy boys are still manufactured in the USA with the Chinese doing so much.
