I bought the car with 125,000 miles on it, and it now has about 165,000 miles.
Other than the transmission, I initially had to do a ton of deferred maintenance (hence the low purchase price): all fluids, filters, tires, timing belt (with water pump and tensioner), axle boots, and motor mounts.
I replaced the Electronic throttle module at 152,000 miles ($500).
Other than that, the usual things like a battery, brakes, etc.
