Maybe its cause my car is old already but the thing is hard to get moving when starting from cold. Its like driving the car and pushing the brake at the same time! Is it because the fluids need to warm in the tranny?

On our Grand Cherokee, when driving that in the cold its no difference. Only in the way it shifts though.

Whatever it is though, I just take it easy.
