Will a H7 bulb fit in a H4 socket / headlight assembly? I have OEM euro headlights in a 87 190-16v.

My dad has a 02 320E with H7 and I like the light out put on them.

Also, have we figured out if the vision plus is the same as the silver star? I want the best light out put possible.

God I hope this does not turn into another "what oil should I use" thread lol.
