I'm rewiring a w140 blower motor with a w124 resistor pack for blower control...
question is: Can the resistor pack handle the w140 blower motor? I do not know if the w140 motor draws more current than the w124's.

Any advice before I continue?
I placed the resistor pack on the negative side of the motor.

What wire gauge should I use?
