I personally don't mind the power of my 190Ds 2.2 and 2.5 and with the stick the 2.0l in the 200 isn't bad either. Makes my 87 turbo feel like an AMG, but its all about personal preference I guess. All of them still blow the doors off a 240D and plenty of people here like those.

I'm sorry jooseppi "worn in accordance with age" is a crock and a sorry excuse. I've been in two 500k 124s in better shape than this and all my 124s have north of 250k on them now and are all nicer. Maybe its not a shocker that this car is beat after 27 years but that doesn't change that fact that it is, in fact, beat.
