pressures and vent temps for 134a sanden/ PF condenser setup

so it has been about 4 days that i have had my a/c upgrades on my car and was curious what kind of vent temps and pressures i should expect? here is what i have done:

-Sanden SD7H15 enhanced compressor
-16x20 parallel flow condenser
-all new or rebuilt barrier hoses
-w126 bosch aux fan that kicks on at about 175psi
- flushed evaporator
-new "134a" TXV
-ETR adjusted to about 38 degree vent temp cutoff
-evaporator cleaned very well
-about 7oz of double end capped pag oil
-new receiver/ drier and pressure switches
-vac pulled for an hour with no leaks

so as you can see, i think i have taken care of pretty much everything but my vent temps are only in the 50-60 degree range with blower on medium to high settings in 80-85 degree humid weather. still colder than r4 setup of course. after being on the highway doing 75, the vent temps would be in the 40's when it was 75 outside but i was expecting that when it gets in to the 90's outside. if i turn the blower on low, vent temps get low enough to cycle compressor. my pressures at idle when 86 outside, aux fan running, and blower on high are: 30 low and 190 high. pressures after 30 seconds of keeping engine at 3000 rpm are: 20 low and 245 high. head pressure climbs when revved. vent temps don't change that much from idle to driving and the suction line is always very cold and sweating under the hood. is there something wrong with my current charge? would messing with my txv adjustment screw help? i was really expecting colder vent temps with all this. any suggestions appreciated!
