MB of Delray Beach. It was bought out by Autonation (The largest dealership corporation conglomeration in the US) and It has gone downhill ever since. Items stolen out of car, etc.

I think I will just cancel the order from MB and go for a cheapo ~30$ tumbler.

Meanwhile, I have the old Tumbler in the radio on position, and have a 1.2mm philips hobby screwdriver. FSM recomends a 1.25 mm piece of wire "self made"

But what is the trick to popping this guy out via the active retainer lock tab thingy. Lots of wiggling? Slight force? The youtube videos makes it look so easy.
