If changing a automatic equipped car to stick you need to take the automatic flywheel and the stick flywheel to a shop that can balance them. Have them check both for neutral balance. If they are neutral your work is done and you can put them back wherever you like. If one is not then the new fw must be matched to the existing one (for the engine you are using.)
