The CE/CD takes a different regulator for the rear windows than does a sedan or wagon.

Not sure on whether an SEC one would interchange at the rear.

You can use a front door regulator from an SEC in a w123 coupe, and the w126 part number has superceded the original one.

However, I am not sure it is correct to say the two are the same part, as I have had an OE w123 coupe one and an SEC one (taken from a w123 Coupe) in my hand and the later one seemed different to me. Just a detail.
