That part# 102-032-00-71 is a FW Bolt, does not fit the OM616 or OM617 engine.
it fits M102, M103, M104, M111, OM601, OM602, OM603 and OM606

Part# 615-032-05-71 is the part# for the OM616 and OM617.

Part# 110-990-04-19 is for and automatic FW.

This picture shows the difference. The longer one is for an auto trans. Shorter for the manual trans

1) Not much power
2) Even less power

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.
