Passenger wiper will not move on its own. In fact, you can free hand it all over the windshield with no resistance. Drivers side comes up about 10 inches and stops/jams. Does this sound like the typical articulating gear issue, or because it's jamming and the passenger side wont work, a general linkage issue.

The car is 2 hours away, so just pondering since I'm not there.
