That is shocking news but not surprising. They are on the list of the top ten professions occupied by sociopaths. Awhile back I was speaking with an Animal Cruelty officer with the Humane Society. She told me about a State cop she had put in jail for abusing his K9 German Shepherd dog. She said the judge issued a permanent order forbidding the State cop from ever owning any type of animal (dog, cat, whatever). Poor dog, I hope they found the dog a good home..........
