Nice idea, I wish it worked that way in the real world. I believe cops choose to be cops because they enjoy bossing people around. Back in high school they were nobodies who didn't do well in sports or academics and were not too attractive physically. The jocks ignored them and the hot looking girls wouldn't give them the time of day. However, they found they performed well as school crossing safety guards. Fast forward to adulthood; give them a badge and a gun and now they are BAD TO THE BONE!!! At night they read books about how the Gestapo arrested people for the slightest suspicion of wrong doing. It gives them ideas........
