Perhaps. The agent created an untenable situation out of the blue. Very unfortunate to have put the other shoppers as well as myself through - they dispersed the property very soon after the agent basically shut the door on me.

I'm about as disarming an individual as one could find in a first meeting, public or business place. -Of which this was a commercial enterprise location that I was at.
